After I graduated from high school then there was college.  I thought being a music major was the way to go.  But the Air Force had my calling.  In the service I had many careers, administration clerk, interior & exterior electrician, control specialist, Bio & Chemical warfare specialist, & then a First Sergeant.  Also the schools and the mandatory courses in the Air Force assisted in many ways of getting that basic information to me.  My life after the Air Force, I became the individual that repaired outside airport equipment when things went wrong.  Try doing that at -40°.  There is a smart way of doing that task.  Again, the schools and the mandatory courses in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) assisted in many ways of getting that basic information to me once more.

There were two jobs that work in concert.  One job taught me to think what if & long term thinking, & the other taught me to work with people & do what is best for the people & the Air Force.  Both of these jobs still hold true for today. 

The reasons that I am running are I would like to advance our city forward & improve it towards the future & have our city become a model for all other cities to follow.  Another reason is to have our people view situations as the glass is all ways half full & not half empty.  Another reason is listen to ideas from others & build on their ideas.  Another reason is take good and bad ideas and build on them for the good of North Pole.
