Station Tours

Tours of the fire station are available upon request. Station tours generally take 30-45 minutes and include viewing of the fire engines and firefighting equipment, as well as talking to the firefighters about their job with any questions you might have.

We also do on-site visits to schools and daycare centers if located within the city limits of North Pole.

Tour Criteria:

  • Fire station Tours may be scheduled for between the hours of 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1 PM to 5 PM any day of the week.
  • Tours should be scheduled at least 14 days in advance.
  • Dates and times are scheduled  on a first come, first serve basis, and are scheduled around fire department activities.
  • This is a working fire station with on-duty crews; in the case that we do have an emergency, the tour will come to an end an your group will need to exit the fire station. At that point you will need to reschedule at the next mutually available time.
  • Firefighters have serious work to do. Birthday party groups are welcome to tour the fire station but may not hold party festivities at the station.
  • No food or drink in the fire station.
