The City of North Pole is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of at least one (1) 20KW Packaged Engine Generator and at least one (1) 30KW Packaged Engine Generator. The successful bidder shall provide the generator package and related equipment for emergency power supply, furnished complete, tested, and fully functional; delivered to the Owner’s maintenance facility at 2389 Homestead Road in North Pole, Alaska, manufacturer’s warranties, operation and maintenance manuals, and other documents as specified; manufacturer’s authorized service representative to provide startup services, testing, and training of Owner’s maintenance staff. Bids will be received at the North Pole City Hall, 125 Snowman Lane, North Pole, AK 99705 until 2:00 PM, Tuesday July 26, 2016. Bidders must register with the City of North Pole to obtain the documents and any addenda.
