2023-2024 Snow Removal Request for Proposal (see link below for packet)

The City of North Pole is seeking proposals for the plowing and/or removal of snow and hardpack from approximately 19.5 miles (39 lane miles) of city streets plus city facilities. In addition to the attachments identified above, this proposal package contains a Contractor Proposal Form, Attachment A (City Streets and Facilities to be Plowed) and Attachment B (Special Plowing Instruction). Bids are due to the North Pole City Hall by 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 1, 2023.

Scope of Work

The scope of work entails the plowing and/or removal of snow and/or hardpack from all City streets and City facilities (listed in attachment A and Attachment B) pursuant to the order and instructions in Attachment B on an as requested basis.  It is the Contractor’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the City’s streets, alleys, city facilities and parking lots and this scope of the work in preparation of their proposal.
