2018 Wqater System Expansion Project
The City of North Pole is soliciting Proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of approximately 181,000 liner feet of HDPE pre-insulated arctic pipe water mains; upgrades and expansion to the water treatment plant; construction of a new pump house and 750,000 gallon potable water reservoir; and modifications to an existing pump house, to include all necessary labor, equipment, and materials. Complete proposal documents will available beginning October 23, 2017. Proposal documents will be available only in electronic form, and may be viewed online and downloaded without charge and without deposit from Submittal Exchange at: https://www.submittalexchange.com/bid/NorthPoleWater/Planroom. Proposers must register through Submittal Exchange to obtain the documents and to be notified when any addenda are posted. Individuals wanting paper copies of the proposal documents must print them at their own expense. Proposals are due at the North Pole City Hall, 125 Snowman Lane, North Pole, AK 99705 by 2:00 PM Alaska Standard Time, December 5, 2017. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visits are scheduled starting at 10:00 AM Alaska Daylight Savings Time, November 2, 2017 at the North Pole City Hall.
