North Pole Senior Center Remodel 2017
The City of North Pole is soliciting proposals for design and construction services for the expansion and remodel of the North Pole Senior Center in North Pole, Alaska. The intent of this solicitation is to identify a firm to design and construct the expansion and remodel the Center. The construction project involves selective demolition and remodel of portions of the existing building to accomplish code corrections, correct selected deficiencies, reduce maintenance and utility costs and improve user comfort and use of facility. A concept design defines the scope and approximate size for the Senior Center expansion and renovation project. Proposals are due Monday, September 18, 2017 by 2:00 pm local time.
