City Hall & Police Department Redesign
The City of North Pole is soliciting proposals for the preparation of design and construction documents for the expansion and remodel of the City Hall and Police Department Complex in North Pole, Alaska. The construction project will involve selective demolition of portions of the existing City Hall and Police Department buildings and construction of additional square footage and remodel of existing buildings. A concept design was developed in 2016 to define the scope and approximate size for expansion and renovation project. The intent of this RFP is to enter into a professional services agreement with the most qualified Consultant to design the expansion and remodel the City Hall and Police Department Complex. The goal at the conclusion of the project is for the Consultant to provide the City with a “shovel-ready” set of design and bid documents that the City could use to solicit a construction contractor.
