From the first billing forward, your utility bill will be accessible through https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/northpoleak
To pay your utility account online, you must create an account with Municipal. Click the web link below to access https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/northpoleak Click on Login/Register to sign up.
You can manually pay your utility account each month or you can choose AutoPay. If you choose Auto Pay, https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/northpoleak will automatically pay your monthly utility bill using the payment method you choose—Visa or Master Card.
Automated Pay By Phone
You can call 877-875-2710. Don’t wait in line. Pay by Phone!
Each month, the Utility sends each account holder a utility bill by US Mail. You can pay your utility bill by mail by sending a check or by providing Visa or Master Card information. DO NOT SEND CASH!
Pay In-Person
You can pay your utility bill in person at the North Pole City Hall, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You can pay your utility bill at City Hall using cash, check or Visa, or Master Card.
